Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Administrative Coordinator II for Marketing Operations plans, coordinates and performs complex administrative and business management activities in support of the university’s marketing and communications functions. This role provides strategic oversight of marketing administration, vendor partnerships, procurement processes and project management systems to ensure operational efficiency, brand consistency, fiscal accountability and streamlined workflow management across all initiatives.
  • This position serves as a central coordinator of administrative functions within the Office of Strategic Communications and Marketing and may oversee administrative, technical and support personnel in support of institutional priorities.
  • Strategic partnerships and vendor oversight

  • Departmental operations and fiscal management

Requirements

  • A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration or administrative services. A bachelor’s degree may be substituted for required experience.

Preferred

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field is preferred, with coursework or experience in operations, project management or organizational leadership.
