Responsibilities

• Assigned Local Marketing Association (LMA) duties and responsibilities for overseeing the implementation of all Chevy marketing activities with Field Account Director(s)
• Manage project of creative assets and advertising messaging, while using media plans to maximize impact for the client
• Maintain central filing system for GM incentive programs, sales, media schedules, commercials, catalogs, product information, EAs, etc.
• Heavy tracking of internal reports and metrics
• Establish yourself as the subject matter expert on advertising laws and offer structure for your markets.
• Foster relationships with all agency departments (creative, traffic, production, and media) to ensure flawless execution of advertising offers
• Assist assigned field Account Director(s)with the other reports, projects or needs for assigned markets
• Learn as much as you can about our client’s business!

Requirements

• 4-year degree in advertising, marketing, or relevant field
• 1+ years agency experience
• Advanced MS Office skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, and presentation skills
• Analytical ability
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good interpersonal skills; must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred

• Training in print/digital/broadcast production with retail automotive, or retail account management experience is ideal
