Own campaign coordination and tracking for BEFH communications across channels.

Standout: Familiarity with JIRA and campaign tooling to streamline requests.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination & Execution
Creating and managing the BEFH quiz process through the Outgrow tool
Submit and manage creative and campaign requests to the Brand Team via JIRA
Track progress of requests and follow up to ensure timely delivery
Support the execution of BEFH (Best Egg Financial Health) communications
Monitor campaign performance and delivery to ensure communications are running as scheduled
Assist in reviewing reporting dashboards and flagging any issues or discrepancies
Support ongoing optimization by identifying gaps or inconsistencies in campaign execution
Calendar & Workflow Management

Requirements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Sheets preferred)

Preferred

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus
