Job Description

Drive live event video production as a Content Producer, managing setup, livestreams, and post-event editing to deliver branded social content.

  • Own event video production from pre-setup through post-edit, ensuring brand-aligned content.
  • Must-have: working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and basic shot composition.
  • Standout: ownership of recap videos and social content ideas across TikTok and Instagram.

Responsibilities

  • Set up all video equipment prior to the event.
  • Lead or assist with media setup and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise before or during the event.
  • Oversee the operation of the livestream and social wall.
  • Ensure all production elements align with and uphold OneBeat brand standards.
  • Develop original social media content ideas using event photos and videos (e.g., TikToks, Instagram Reels, etc.).
  • Shoot and edit an event recap video. If a video does not meet OneBeat quality standards, the Content Producer will be responsible for revising the edit following the event. The revision deadline will be determined and scheduled by the Social Media Coordinator.
  • Manage and organize media submitted by Videographers.
  • Select and upload standout photos from Photographers for the Social Media Coordinator.
  • Step in to relieve the Photographer or Videographer of their duties when needed.
  • Possess a basic understanding of shot composition, framing, and color balance to capture visually compelling photos and videos.
  • Have working knowledge of video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Break down and properly store all video equipment at the conclusion of the event.

Requirements

  • Work Samples Required: Applicants are required to provide a portfolio demonstrating photo and video editing experience. Submissions should highlight technical proficiency, storytelling ability, pacing, color correction, sound design (if applicable), and overall creative execution.
