Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage growth marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, Spotify, and Reddit to drive acquisition and revenue.
Partner with external media agencies to ensure campaign plans align with commercial priorities, budgets, and performance benchmarks.
Track and analyse campaign metrics, including ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates, to uncover new growth opportunities.
Execute structured test-and-learn experiments across messaging, creative formats, audiences, and landing pages.
Collaborate with internal brand, e-commerce, and commercial teams to turn business goals into clear marketing plans.
Communicate performance insights and actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience managing paid media channels, particularly Meta and Google Ads, with a focus on commercial growth.
Proven ability to manage media agency partnerships collaboratively while ensuring high performance standards.
Analytical skills with experience turning campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Familiarity with structured experimentation and testing frameworks across creative, messaging, and audiences.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships across cross-functional teams.
Curiosity regarding emerging digital tools, automation, and AI applications within marketing.
Demonstrable experience in performance, growth, or digital marketing in a commercial setting.
Proficiency in evaluating channel performance across major paid ad platforms.
Track record of using data-driven insights to inform campaign decisions and improve efficiency.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external agency partners in London Paddington or Bath.
