Job Description

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
- Write, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat and YouTube
- Manage day-to-day social media activity and community engagement
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and emerging platforms
- Plan and execute organic social campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation
- Collaborate with enterprise and divisional marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and lead social media guidance and training
- Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations
- Build relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates
- Manage social media calendars and ensure content is delivered on time

Requirements

- Proven experience in B2B social media strategy creation and management
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using platform insights and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and content marketing principles
- Deep expertise in social media strategy and management
- Marketing, Communications, or related degree qualification
- Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Level Working Knowledge
- Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner: Level Working Knowledge
- Experience managing multiple brands
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
