Job Summary

Own the Premier Inn at Home and affiliate marketing growth engine, owning revenue-driving channels and testing new ideas with data-backed rigor to lift product sales, customer acquisition, and hotel occupancy.

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the growth of our Premier Inn at Home retail offering alongside our affiliate marketing channel, directly influencing product sales, customer acquisition, and hotel occupancy.
You won’t just manage campaigns, you’ll own performance, test new ideas, and drive innovation in a highly visible role with measurable impact.
From collaborating with creative, brand, and finance teams to building strong agency partnerships, you’ll play a central role in delivering full-funnel marketing campaigns that truly connect with customers.

Requirements

Deep understanding of Retail marketing and Affiliate marketing
Demonstratable experience in a digital marketing role with specific focus on the retail industry
Experience managing agencies or if from an agency background, media/campaign planning
Highly analytical and data driven with proven skills in analysis and reporting
Understanding of the digital media mix and full-funnel marketing
