Job Summary

Own paid user acquisition programs for multiple clients, driving CPI/CPA/ROAS targets and rapid scaling with tight attribution and frequent reporting.

  • Growth ownership: Define strategy, channel mix, budget, and performance targets.
  • Campaign execution: Run across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads and other networks with creative testing and bid optimization.
  • Insights to action: Turn performance data into decisions and share learnings with clients and internal teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the user acquisition strategy for each client, aligned to their goals.
  • Own the channel mix, budget allocation and performance targets.
  • Spot growth opportunities — new channels, audiences and testing priorities.
  • Run paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads and other networks.
  • Own creative testing, bidding, targeting and day-to-day optimisation.
  • Diagnose underperformance and scale winning campaigns fast.
  • Track performance against CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV and payback targets.
  • Produce clear, accurate daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Turn performance data into decisions clients and the team can act on.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to align on goals, share insight and keep campaigns moving.
  • Partner with analytics/tech to keep tracking and attribution clean.

Requirements

  • Proven experience running and scaling paid user acquisition / performance marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise across Meta and Google, plus Apple Search Ads and/or programmatic.
  • Strong grasp of down-funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, ARPU, retention, LTV).
  • Solid understanding of marketing tech — especially tagging, tracking and attribution.
  • Comfortable owning budgets and making data-led decisions independently.

Preferred

  • Agency or multi-market experience.
  • igaming, casino or sportsbook background (or genuine interest in the vertical).
