Job Description

Responsibilities

The YouTube Channel Manager will manage and grow assigned YouTube channels by optimising content for maximum engagement and reach.
Collaborating with creators to develop strategies, editing videos & thumbnails managing video uploads, monitoring analytics, optimising SEO, and ensuring brand consistency across all content.
Managing communications with stakeholders and implementing audience growth strategies to expand viewership.

Requirements

Knows how to edit videos & thumbnails (VERY IMPORTANT)
Experience with Channel Sales, Sales, and Sales Management to enhance monetisation and growth strategies.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners and collaborators.
Strong skills in Customer Service to engage with creators, audiences, and other stakeholders effectively.
Familiarity with YouTube's algorithms, SEO optimisation, and analytics tools.
Proven ability to implement audience engagement and growth strategies specific to video content platforms.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Preferred

Experience with influencer marketing or content creation is a plus.
