Job Summary

Own and optimize end-to-end paid media investments across global campaigns, partnering with senior leads to shape channel mix, test ideas, and turn learnings into smarter future decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Owning day‑to‑day integrated investment delivery across global campaigns, supporting the Account Director and Business Director to keep work moving smoothly.
  • Applying media and investment expertise to client briefs, shaping channel mix, partner selection, budgets and tactical approaches aligned to objectives and audiences.
  • Working closely with planning and channel teams to ensure campaign recommendations are strategic, considered and aligned with client principles.
  • Bringing forward media opportunities, formats and test‑and‑learn ideas across global, regional and local partners to add value to client plans.
  • Reviewing and constructively challenging partner and channel proposals to ensure quality, relevance and clear rationale.
  • Managing campaign planning and buying activity where required, from partner briefing through to reporting and reconciliation.
  • Using campaign performance and post‑campaign learnings to strengthen future investment decisions and improve ways of working.

Requirements

  • Experience in media planning, investment or account management, ideally across integrated or multi‑channel campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of the end‑to‑end campaign process, from brief and planning through to optimisation, reporting and learning.
  • Confidence working with media plans, budgets, KPIs and performance data, with the ability to turn results into clear insights.
  • Attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, well‑structured, client‑ready outputs.
  • A collaborative communication style, comfortable working with clients, internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders and deadlines.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset, with a willingness to support others and continuously improve how work gets done.
