Job Summary
Own the growth and strategy for YouTube channels by coordinating creator partnerships, optimizing content and metadata for engagement, and driving audience expansion through analytics-informed decisions.
- Own YouTube channel growth: strategize content, optimize thumbnails and SEO, and monitor performance to maximize reach.
- Collaborate with creators and partners to accelerate monetisation and audience development.
- Align stakeholders, manage communications, and implement data-driven growth initiatives across channels.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- The YouTube Channel Manager will manage and grow assigned YouTube channels by optimising content for maximum engagement and reach.
- Collaborating with creators to develop strategies, editing videos & thumbnails managing video uploads, monitoring analytics, optimising SEO, and ensuring brand consistency across all content.
- Managing communications with stakeholders and implementing audience growth strategies to expand viewership.
Requirements
- Knows how to edit videos & thumbnails (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Experience with Channel Sales, Sales, and Sales Management to enhance monetisation and growth strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners and collaborators.
- Strong skills in Customer Service to engage with creators, audiences, and other stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with YouTube's algorithms, SEO optimisation, and analytics tools.
- Proven ability to implement audience engagement and growth strategies specific to video content platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Experience with influencer marketing or content creation is a plus.
