Job Summary

Own the paid media engine across Meta, TikTok, Apple, and Google by driving scalable app acquisition while collaborating with creative, product, and analytics to improve performance and ROI.

  • Own paid media execution and optimization across platforms to grow app installations and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, analytics, and agencies to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Expand channel footprint and maintain CPI/CPA/ROAS discipline across emerging platforms and new acquisition opportunities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimise paid digital campaigns across social, display, affiliates, and app acquisition channels to drive scalable customer growth
  • Manage app acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Apple, and Google ecosystems
  • Continuously improve campaign performance through audience targeting, creative testing, bidding strategies, and budget optimisation
  • Analyse campaign data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements
  • Partner closely with creative, product, analytics, and agency teams to maximise campaign effectiveness and deliver against wider business objectives
  • Support the expansion of paid media activity across additional acquisition channels and evolving digital platforms
  • Drive efficient and scalable customer acquisition while improving app installs and return on investment

Requirements

  • You’ll bring strong hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok, within app acquisition and performance marketing environments.
  • You’re comfortable optimising campaigns against key metrics including CPI, CPA, and ROAS, and have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • You’ll have experience working in fast-paced digital marketing environments, balancing multiple campaigns and priorities while maintaining a strong commercial focus.
  • Collaboration is key in this role, so strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to work effectively with agencies and cross-functional teams.
