Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global marketing strategy across multiple products, brands and international markets
Lead marketing transformation programmes, including CRM, marketing automation and website consolidation
Drive demand generation, pipeline growth and marketing ROI
Implement AI-powered marketing tools and automation to improve efficiency and performance
Own marketing forecasting, reporting and performance metrics
Partner with Sales, Product and executive leadership to align marketing with commercial objectives
Lead global brand, communications, PR and corporate marketing initiatives
Support and develop regional marketing teams while ensuring consistency across international markets
Build scalable marketing processes and best practices across the organisation
Manage agency relationships, budgets and strategic marketing investments

Requirements

Experience leading marketing within a B2B SaaS, software or technology business
A proven track record of delivering marketing transformation programmes
Strong commercial understanding of pipeline generation, demand creation and marketing ROI
Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation and modern GTM strategies
Experience working across international markets and multi-brand organisations
Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing marketing teams
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience implementing AI-enabled marketing tools and processes
