Job Summary

Act as the lead point of contact for assigned key accounts, managing client relationships with professionalism and strategic insight.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with client business goals, ensuring high-impact outcomes across campaigns and channels.
Collaborate with internal creative, media, and analytics teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions that exceed expectations.
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services based on client needs and emerging market trends.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
Prepare and deliver client presentations, quarterly business reviews, and performance reports.
Stay informed on industry developments and competitors to proactively advise clients on new opportunities.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and scopes to ensure delivery excellence within defined constraints.

Requirements

5+ years of account management or client strategy experience, ideally within an agency environment.
Proven record of building long-lasting client relationships and managing large, strategic, B2B accounts.
Strong understanding of digital marketing landscapes, primarily paid media & SEO , along with content, and analytics.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to think both strategically and tactically with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in project management tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot and Teamwork)
