Job Summary

Own the early seller incubation lane from onboarding to activation, translating data into scalable playbooks that push a small seller base to measurable GMV quickly.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or above
1+ years experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or strategic operations, ideally in e-commerce or high-growth tech
Proficient in SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or DataStudio
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp business acumen
Experience turning data into narratives that influence decision-making across stakeholders
Clear communicator who can translate complex data into simple insights and actionable next steps
Over 2 years of working experiences with both project management and BD/Sales/Account management experiences
