Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UK marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
• Manage digital marketing channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, CRM, email and influencer marketing
• Lead local brand awareness campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives
• Plan and oversee seasonal campaigns, promotions and product launches
• Analyze customer insights, market trends and competitor activity
• Work closely with ecommerce, retail and global marketing teams
• Manage marketing budget and optimize ROI across all channels
• Build partnerships with agencies, creators and local communities
• Track KPIs including CAC, ROAS, retention and conversion performance
• Support store openings and offline marketing activities when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, ecommerce or FMCG
• Strong understanding of UK consumer behavior and market trends
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing and analytics tools
• Experience managing integrated campaigns across online and offline channels
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Fluent English required
• Turkish is a plus
