Responsibilities

The Content and Social Media Producer will play a hands-on role in creating high-quality multimedia content and social media assets that support the delivery of integrated commercial campaigns across a range of B2B sectors, ensuring content is engaging, audience-focused and aligned with client objectives.
Work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams to develop creative content solutions that maximise audience engagement, strengthen campaign performance and enhance the overall client experience.
Support the successful delivery of commercial content projects by creating compelling digital content, managing social media activity, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to optimise content and audience reach.
Create engaging content across a range of formats, including articles, social media posts, videos, podcasts, webinars, email campaigns and live event content, ensuring all output aligns with client objectives and Haymarket's quality standards.
Plan, schedule and manage social media activity across relevant channels, producing engaging content that supports campaign objectives and maximises audience reach and engagement.
Develop creative content ideas and contribute to pitches and campaign proposals, working with colleagues to create innovative content solutions for clients.
Research industry trends, audience behaviour and emerging topics to inform content planning and identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
Support the production of multimedia content, including short-form video, audio, graphics and other digital assets for commercial campaigns.
Build positive working relationships with clients, supporting the delivery of projects and ensuring content meets agreed objectives and expectations.
Identify and coordinate industry speakers, contributors and subject matter experts for webinars, live events and commercial content programmes.
