Responsibilities

  • Ecommerce & Product Listings – Own the creation, maintenance and optimisation of online product listings. Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve visibility, engagement and conversion.
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) – Work alongside the Content Lead to optimise website content. Analyse website performance and identify opportunities to improve organic search visibility and rankings. Collaborate with external SEO partners and internal teams to prioritise and implement SEO improvements. Support technical SEO and ensure best practice is followed across websites and ecommerce platforms.
  • Pay Per Click (PPC) & Digital Advertising – Lead the day-to-day relationship with our PPC partner. Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve return on investment. Support the development and optimisation of paid search and digital advertising campaigns. Analyse advertising performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead Generation & Cold Outreach – Support outbound lead generation activities through targeted prospect research and database management. Execute cold outreach campaigns to generate new sales opportunities. Identify new opportunities to increase lead generation through digital channels.
  • Campaign Support – Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital channels. Assist with campaign content, landing pages, product promotions and reporting. Assist with photography and videography.
  • Website & Digital Performance Support – Support the Marketing Lead by identifying opportunities to improve website performance, customer experience and conversion rates. Assist with website testing and content updates. Support the implementation of new Shopify functionality, apps and eCommerce improvements where required.

Requirements

  • Experience in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), including on-page optimisation and technical SEO
  • Experience managing or working alongside PPC campaigns and external agencies
  • Experience using Shopify
  • Understanding of website analytics and performance reporting tools
  • Experience creating and managing online product listings
  • Ability to write clear, accurate and SEO-optimised product and marketing content
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners

Preferred

  • Experience in photography and video production to support marketing materials
  • Experience using WordPress CMS
  • Experience within B2B ecommerce
