Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Content and Social Media Producer will play a hands-on role in creating high-quality multimedia content and social media assets that support the delivery of integrated commercial campaigns across a range of B2B sectors, ensuring content is engaging, audience-focused and aligned with client objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams to develop creative content solutions that maximise audience engagement, strengthen campaign performance and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Support the successful delivery of commercial content projects by creating compelling digital content, managing social media activity, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to optimise content and audience reach.
  • Create engaging content across a range of formats, including articles, social media posts, videos, podcasts, webinars, email campaigns and live event content, ensuring all output aligns with client objectives and Haymarket's quality standards.
  • Plan, schedule and manage social media activity across relevant channels, producing engaging content that supports campaign objectives and maximises audience reach and engagement.
  • Develop creative content ideas and contribute to pitches and campaign proposals, working with colleagues to create innovative content solutions for clients.
  • Research industry trends, audience behaviour and emerging topics to inform content planning and identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
  • Support the production of multimedia content, including short-form video, audio, graphics and other digital assets for commercial campaigns.
  • Build positive working relationships with clients, supporting the delivery of projects and ensuring content meets agreed objectives and expectations.
  • Identify and coordinate industry speakers, contributors and subject matter experts for webinars, live events and commercial content programmes.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their use within a B2B marketing environment, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Understanding of digital content creation, multimedia formats and social media best practice.
  • Knowledge of content management systems, social media scheduling platforms and digital publishing tools.
  • Awareness of audience engagement, social media analytics and content performance measures.

Preferred

  • Experience working with clients or external stakeholders is desirable.
