Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end strategy and delivery of Journey Further’s owned and sponsored events across the UK and US
Bring Journey Further's propositions to life through integrated brand activations across the UK and US
Connect events with content, PR, social and client activity to create moments and maximise impact
Identify opportunities to make Journey Further more visible and distinctive in the places and conversations that matter to our audiences
Partner directly with Client Experience (CX) to plan and execute targeted account marketing campaigns, delivering exclusive event opportunities and curated insights directly to existing clients to safeguard retention and increase revenue
Design and distribute high value client communication channels, including the corporate client newsletter
Proactively account for and integrate our owned influencer agency, Saulderson, into broader brand activations, client cross-sell campaigns, and event opportunities
Translate GTM concepts into technical production briefs for the creative team
Work closely with Content, PR & Comms and Business Development teams
Hold shared accountability for checking every paid, email, and event touchpoint to ensure tone and visual execution are consistent with brand compliance guidelines

Requirements

B2B marketing experience, ideally within a digital marketing agency, creative agency, or professional services environment
Proven ability to create and deliver premium B2B events and experiences, from executive roundtables and dinners to larger scale industry and owned events
Strong understanding of how events, content, PR, social, partnerships and client marketing can work together to create greater brand and commercial impact
Ability to spot opportunities to create distinctive moments that build awareness, authority and relevance rather than simply delivering a marketing activity plan
Outstanding organisational capability with a track record of coordinating multiple concurrent projects, aligning cross-functional teams, and hitting strict marketing deadlines
Comfortable using HubSpot and marketing analytics
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge gaps between creative, copy, PR, account managers, and executive leadership to align campaign objectives
Experience building, optimising, and tracking multi-channel distribution calendars that drive measurable increases in audience growth
Demonstrated experience partnering with account management or sales teams to deliver targeted, high-intent client expansion or cross-sell campaigns
