Team Manager - Staff Engagement & Marketing Operations - Ref: RT01726

Responsibilities

• This role will shape and deliver the Council’s internal communications and staff engagement approach, helping to strengthen organisational culture and improve the employee experience.
• You will lead a varied team, oversee the Print and Design service, and work closely with senior leaders and internal partners to deliver creative, inclusive and insight-led internal communications.
• You will drive continuous improvement, oversee performance and budgets, and ensure the service delivers efficiently and in line with the organisation’s needs.
• Both managers will become an important part of our talented Communications and Marketing team, leading and developing colleagues while building strong relationships both internally and externally.
