Requirements

• On track to achieve a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in any degree subject (ideally marketing, communications, or a general business subject area)
• To ensure compliance with UK law, successful candidates must be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK throughout the duration of their time in role.

• - Motivation and ambition to pursue a career in Marketing and Communications. To clearly articulate your reasons for joining this role at Aon and how clear communication and collaboration support effective campaigns, content and events
• - Passion and curiosity. We are looking for candidates eager to learn, open to feedback, and interested in understanding our work. They should show AI Literacy with basic skills in AI-enabled technologies, including Copilot, analytics platforms, and tools that improve digital efficiency.
• - Commercial awareness. Understand client needs, industry developments and risk context and demonstrate Business Context Translation by applying this understanding to validate AI-generated insights before they inform recommendations or decisions. This helps us to provide support and advice to our clients with clarity and confidence to enable revenue growth
• - Using AI effectively. Develop and polish prompts to adapt AI-generated content for the target market and business requirements. Verify outputs for accuracy. Understand when human judgement is necessary. Identify ways AI can improve work processes.
