The Big Phone Store
BIG on Quality • BIG on ValueWe're a BIG deal! We sell nearly new, low-priced, mobile phones to customers who don't want to sacrifice quality over value.People don't always want the latest phone; they are more than happy to purchase a nearly new phone at the fraction of the price of a brand new one.Just because we sell pre-owned devices doesn't mean quality is compromised. Our hawk-eyed lab technicians lovingly refurbish each mobile phone through a stringent 25 point check, which we call "The BIG refurb certification", ensuring all used phones are refurbished. Peace of mind for our customers is always at the heart of what we do. In a time when the world is suffering from too much waste, pre-owned phones help reduce waste and preserve resources. 140 million phones end up in landfill each year and recycling mobile phones reduce harmful chemicals out of landfill and water, phew! The Big Phone Store is committed to giving an incredible service, and we understand that phones are our customer's lifeline, so our "BIG service promise" means a guarantee and warranty on every device, and help and advice where you need it.
