Job Description

Responsibilities

Own monthly strategy and delivery for a portfolio of eCommerce accounts
Lead client calls - monthly reviews, 90-day plans, and the difficult conversations when results dip
Keyword mapping and strategy for collection and product page architecture
Technical SEO: crawl audits, indexation, canonicals, faceted navigation, Core Web Vitals, schema
On-page optimisation and content briefs that drive revenue, not just traffic
Reporting in GA4, Search Console and Semrush, with a clear “so what” for the client every time
AI visibility - auditing and improving how clients appear in ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews
Spotting upsell and referral opportunities inside your book

Requirements

2+ years hands-on SEO, agency side preferred
eCommerce experience essential - Shopify ideally
Comfortable leading client calls and explaining technical issues in plain English
Fluent in Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Semrush or Ahrefs
Can write a keyword strategy a client actually reads
Uses AI tools well and knows when not to send the output straight to a client
Honest, direct, organised. Owns mistakes and fixes them
