Responsibilities

Planning and scheduling social media content
Creating engaging posts, stories, and promotional campaigns
Managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
Responding to comments and messages when required
Growing audience engagement and brand awareness
Assisting with email marketing campaigns
Supporting seasonal promotions and special events
Creating marketing materials and promotional content
Monitoring social media and marketing performance
Suggesting new ideas to increase bookings, voucher sales, and customer retention

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in social media management and marketing
Strong content creation and copywriting skills
Experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Canva or Photoshop
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools (including Whatsapp)
Excellent written English
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Reliable internet connection and home-working setup
Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, tourism, or retail experience
Experience with email marketing platforms
Basic graphic design skills
