Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage Meta Business Suite, Meta Business Manager, GA4 and TikTok Business Center.
- Oversee Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads accounts.
- Manage publishing calendars, scheduling and posting.
- Maintain social commerce integrations, including Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop and Shopify.
- Support campaign setup and monitor advertising performance.
- Track analytics, prepare weekly reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot account, publishing and integration issues.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely execution.
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in Digital Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational and technical skills.
- Familiarity with social media business management tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Previous professional experience is not essential. Initiative, reliability and technical aptitude matter more.
