Responsibilities

• Set up and manage a facebook page
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to coordinate campaigns, promotions, and special events that amplify our online presence.
• Analyze performance metrics using social media management tools to optimize content strategies and report on campaign effectiveness regularly.
• Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our social media efforts remain innovative and competitive.
• Oversee crisis communication on social channels by addressing issues transparently and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles, demonstrating successful campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they integrate with social media strategies.
