Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Plan content calendars and coordinate branded and influencer campaigns.
• Liaise with brands, creators and commercial partners regarding campaign delivery.
• Manage The Success Collective’s social media presence and support client campaigns.
• Monitor trends, audience growth and campaign performance.
• Analyse campaign results and prepare performance reports.
• Support the Director with wider digital marketing and growth strategy.
• Supervise and support additional social media and content team members as the business expands.

Requirements

• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation or influencer marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and short-form digital content.
• Experience planning and coordinating social media campaigns.
• An understanding of influencer marketing, creator partnerships and branded content.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• An understanding of social media analytics and campaign performance.
• Confidence working with brands, creators and commercial partners.

Preferred

• Experience within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, consumer brands or the creator economy would be particularly advantageous.
