Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of integrated social media campaigns.
- Create engaging organic content and oversee content planning.
- Deliver and optimise paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Monitor performance using social media analytics and Google Analytics.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, agencies and external partners.
- Line manage and develop members of the social media team.
- This role includes participation in a rotating out-of-hours support rota (typically 3-4 evening or weekend shifts per month) and occasional attendance at external events and offsite shoots throughout the year.
Requirements
- Significant social media experience in a large organisation, brand or charity.
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns.
- Paid social advertising expertise.
- Experience using Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, editorial and content creation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
