Job Description
Responsibilities
- Content Planning & Publishing: Plan, schedule and publish creative social media content across multiple restaurant brands, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Community Management & Campaign Support: Manage daily social media engagement by responding to customer enquiries, fostering relationships with online communities, and monitoring feedback.
- Influencer Coordination & Performance Reporting: Assist with influencer and creator partnerships by maintaining databases and coordinating collaborations. Monitor social media trends and competitor activity, while tracking performance metrics and contributing to monthly reports.
