Job Summary

Own the software go-to-market strategy for Foresight and related offerings, drive cross-functional launches, and build adoption programs across UK&I with a focus on positioning, messaging, and market-facing assets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Software Go-to-Market Strategy - Develop and execute software go-to-market strategies aligned to business growth objectives. - Lead market launch planning and execution for Foresight and future software offers.
  • Define target segments, buyer personas, customer journeys, and value propositions. - Support software adoption strategies for both existing customers and new market opportunities. - Ensure alignment between global software roadmaps and local market requirements.
  • Foresight Launch & Growth - Lead the UK&I launch and scaling strategy for Foresight.
  • Develop transition and migration messaging for existing customers. - Support greenfield customer acquisition strategies. - Build deployment playbooks and customer success narratives.
  • Develop customer references and lighthouse accounts.
  • Coordinate launch activities across sales, marketing, services, and partner teams.
  • Technical Product Marketing - Develop a strong understanding of software architecture, deployment models, integrations, APIs, cybersecurity, and data flows.
  • Articulate software capabilities in both technical and business terms. - Support customer demonstrations, workshops, and executive briefings
  • Explain how software integrates across Schneider Electric and third-party ecosystems. - Communicate transition pathways from legacy platforms to future-state architectures.
  • Software Portfolio Alignment Support the wider software ecosystem including: - Foresight - Resource Advisor - EcoStruxure Building Advisor - Building Data Platform (BDP) - Building Activate - Bureau Services Future Digital Energy and Buildings software solutions

Requirements

  • Experience - Product Marketing, Offer Marketing, Product Management, or Software GTM experience.
  • Experience launching and scaling software, SaaS, or digital solutions.
  • Experience within Building Management Systems, Smart Buildings, Digital Energy, Data Centres, or Industrial Automation preferred.
  • Experience working across technical and commercial stakeholder groups.
  • Technical Knowledge - Software architecture and deployment models.
  • Cloud platforms and SaaS solutions.
  • Building Management Systems and Digital Building technologies.
  • Data analytics and digital services.
  • Software integration concepts and API ecosystems.
  • Skills - Product positioning and messaging.
