Senior SEO Account Manager

Responsibilities

• You’ll own a portfolio of clients, lead their SEO strategy and turn priorities into practical six-week plans.
• You’ll lead client meetings, coordinate specialists across SEO, AI search, content, digital PR and paid media, and make clear commercial recommendations.
• You’ll need the practical SEO knowledge to assess recommendations, challenge weak plans and explain what matters to clients.
• You’ll make sure delivery is well planned, moving forward and focused on the right outcomes.

Requirements

• At least five years’ client-facing account management experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong practical SEO knowledge and sound judgment about what works, what matters and how to prioritise it.
• Familiarity with AEO and AI search, and examples of using AI tools in your own workflows.
• The ability to coordinate specialists, keep delivery on track and build trusted client relationships.
• An understanding of how paid media, content and digital PR support the wider strategy.
• Commercial awareness and experience growing and retaining accounts.
