Senior Marketing Manger

Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive, research-backed marketing strategies aligned with each client's business objectives.
• Account Ownership: Take full responsibility for assigned client accounts, ensuring strategies are effectively implemented and business objectives are consistently pursued.
• Performance Management: Establish KPIs, monitor marketing performance, analyze results, and proactively optimize strategies.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth audience research, competitor analysis, and market assessments, particularly within the US market.
• Campaign Oversight: Lead marketing initiatives from strategic planning through execution, monitoring, and optimization.
• Business Growth: Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with an international remote team, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and accountability.
• Organization & Reporting: Maintain exceptional organization across deliverables, deadlines, performance reports, client communications, and ongoing marketing activities.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, and performance optimization.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating marketing strategies you've personally developed and the measurable results achieved.
• Solid understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, consumer psychology, and business growth.
• Experience with the US market is highly preferred. Candidates without direct US-market experience must demonstrate exceptional research skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Excellent English fluency, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with international team members and clients.
• Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to communicate clearly and independently.
