Senior Marketing & Creative Services Manager

Responsibilities

• - Lead marketing and communications projects for Marick and our clients.
• - Provide strategic marketing advice that delivers measurable business outcomes.
• - Lead the marketing of Marick's ticketed events, helping to drive delegate attendance, sponsorship opportunities and event revenue.
• - Coordinate the delivery of creative services across marketing, graphic design and video production.
• - Work with the events team to develop creative concepts, themes and delegate experiences for events and campaigns.
• - Ensure projects are effectively planned, resourced and delivered to the highest standards.
• - Maintain quality, consistency and brand excellence across all creative output.
• - Build trusted client relationships and lead marketing and creative projects from brief to delivery.
• - Manage project scope, budgets, timelines and resources.
• - Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and support business development.

Requirements

• - At least five years' experience in a marketing communications role.
• - Agency experience.
• - Proven experience leading integrated marketing and communications projects.
• - Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy and social media.
• - Excellent copywriting, communication and presentation skills.
• - Experience coordinating multidisciplinary creative projects involving marketing, design and video.
• - Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• - Commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and resources.
• - Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• - WordPress content management.
• - Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
• - Canva and a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• - LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta advertising.
