Senior Amazon PPC and Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• PPC and keyword growth (core)
• Build and launch new Sponsored Products, Brands and Display campaigns, each with a clear job tied to the product's goals.
• Work through the campaign data and move budget, bids and targeting to wherever they earn the most.
• Treat keyword rank as your main scoreboard, and work on it every day.
• Mine Brand Analytics for search terms and gaps your competitors haven't spotted.
• Make Sponsored Brands and Display creative with the Creatives team and AI tools, and keep testing new versions to find what wins.
• Get fluent in our in-house tools. They were built for this job.
• Deliver the ad strategy you agree with your line manager and bring ideas to shape it.
• Listings that convert
• Own the quality of every image on your listings, including the order of the secondary images, and give the Creatives team clear, direct feedback.

Requirements

• You have run Sponsored Products, Brands and Display campaigns yourself, for at least 3 years
• You know Seller Central, the Ads console and Brand Analytics well
• You can quickly turn a spreadsheet into a decision
• You can tell why one main image beats another, and explain it to a designer
• You pick up new tools fast, AI ones included
• You read "Act Now!" and "Reject Average" (two of our nine principles) and think, yes, that's me

Benefits

• Base salary of £32,000 to £36,000, depending on experience, plus a performance-related element of £8,000 to £12,000, linked to growth targets and milestones and paid quarterly, with an opportunity to earn more
