Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and day-to-day management of campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat.
- Manage and allocate monthly media budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.
- Implement robust tracking, pixel setups, and attribution models using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Run continuous A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages to boost conversion rates.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable performance insights for clients and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally in an agency environment.
- Deep platform expertise across Google Ads and Meta Ads, combined with strong execution skills on TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data, tracking integrity, and commercial growth.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts seamlessly.
