Job Summary

Own and optimise paid media across platforms, drive reporting and insights, and shape testing roadmaps in collaboration with leaders and account teams.

  • Own daily campaign management and performance optimization across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and other required platforms.
  • Lead pacing, target tracking, and reporting to deliver meaningful client insights.
  • Collaborate on testing roadmaps and Account Development Plans to drive performance improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the daily management and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other social platforms where required.
  • Monitor pacing and performance against client targets (ROAS, CPA, etc.).
  • Create and deliver weekly/monthly reports with meaningful insights
  • Support the creation and implementation of testing roadmaps and Account Development Plans
  • Manage budgets and ensure accurate spend forecasting
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, responding to tactical requests and providing campaign updates
  • Brief Account Executives and review their outputs to ensure quality
  • Work with the Paid Media Lead and SAMs on strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and best practice sharing
