Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, activation and optimisation of campaigns within your specialist performance channel.
  • Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities to improve performance against key objectives.
  • Produce reports, insights and recommendations that help clients understand campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct audience, market and competitor research to support campaign strategy and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists, client teams and external partners to deliver high-quality work
  • Manage campaign administration, quality assurance processes and performance tracking with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform developments and evolving best practices within digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with data and campaign information.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence collaborating across teams.
  • An analytical mindset and an interest in understanding what drives campaign performance.
  • A proactive approach to learning, development and staying informed about industry trends.
  • Basic Excel skills and an eagerness to develop your technical and reporting capabilities.
  • Interest in digital marketing, social media platforms and the wider media landscape.
  • A collaborative and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
