Marketing Officer - Conversion

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment funnel from lead to enrolment through multi-channel journeys.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Brand and Voice, Recruitment, Admissions to map and optimise touchpoints for higher conversion.
• Build and monitor dashboards in CRM and Power BI, delivering actionable recommendations to improve ROI and outcomes.
• Coordinate touchpoints to ensure a cohesive recruitment and conversion activity across the customer journey.
• Lead reporting on lead conversion and applicant engagement using CRM, Power BI and other internal university systems, producing actionable recommendations for campaigns and future planning.
• Analyze prospect data to identify trends, preferences, and behaviour to inform marketing campaigns and improve customer experiences and ROI.
• Set up campaigns so measurable and ensure data is collected and stored accurately in the CRM in line with governance.
• Support implementation of customer journeys with the CRM Marketing Manager and Officers to design, build and manage automated and personalised multi-channel communications.
