Job Description
Responsibilities
- Promote Millitec’s products and services across multiple platforms
- Develop brand and digital strategies for UK, European, Australia and USA markets
- Develop and build global brand awareness
- Manage digital communications and CRM
- Use data and analytics tools to evaluate performance
- Lead corporate communications and public relations
- Develop and implement talent acquisition initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop successful marketing solutions
- Lead and develop marketing assistant(s)
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for our products and our people recruitment
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (required)
- Skilled in both traditional and digital marketing
- Experienced in recruitment marketing – employer of choice
- Strong creativity, networking ability, and strategic thinking skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK
