Responsibilities
- Own the marketing plan, budget and campaign calendar.
- Deliver lead-generation campaigns across digital and email channels.
- Align audiences and campaign priorities with Directors and sales.
- Manage HubSpot, automation, segmentation and lead nurturing.
- Report on leads, conversions, campaign performance and ROI.
- Protect brand consistency across all materials.
- Own content across web, social, case studies and client communications.
- Improve website content, landing pages, calls to action and SEO.
- Coordinate events, webinars, networking and follow-up.
- Produce client case studies, testimonials and proof points.
Requirements
- At least three years’ B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology or services.
- Proven delivery of campaigns generating measurable leads.
- Strong CRM, email automation and HubSpot knowledge.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Google Ads, analytics and websites.
- Excellent writing, able to explain technical subjects clearly.
- Commercially minded and confident reporting on budgets, conversion and ROI.
- HubSpot: 3 years (preferred)
