Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day setup, listings, and layout of our Shopify websites. Taking charge of our websites to ensure everything looks flawless, fresh, and completely error-free.
• Planning and sending fun, effective digital campaigns via email and social media to both our bulk trade buyers and our creative private crafters.
• Working with photography, writing engaging product descriptions, and launching new arrivals online as soon as they hit the warehouse.
• Looking at Shopify analytics to see what our customers love, what’s selling, and where we can make the shopping experience even better.

Requirements

• You need to know Shopify inside out. Hands-on experience managing a store on this platform is a must. (min. 3 years) The role will include digital & print marketing, SEO & PPC campaigns, liaising with designers and suppliers, social media marketing, and many hands-on campaigns.
• Proven Experience: You have spent a minimum of 3 years in a similar marketing or e-commerce role.
• Industry Connection: You understand our industry—or you are naturally creative and excited to learn all about the wool and craft world.
• Passion for Marketing: You don't just "do" marketing; you genuinely enjoy it. You love looking at what works, testing new ideas, and keeping customers engaged.
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
• Work Setup: Fully on-site at our Huddersfield office (No work-from-home).
• Flexibility: Flexible start and end hours can be discussed and reviewed on request.
• Salary: Competitive, based on your experience.
• Shopify: 1 year (required)

Preferred

• Experience in SEO, Google & Meta-ads, Klaviyo ideal.
