Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content including blogs, case studies, and product updates
• Keep websites up to date, accurate, and SEO-friendly
• Support HubSpot activity including email campaigns, lead nurturing, and reporting
• Plan and schedule social media content to boost brand visibility
• Capture and edit imagery and video for marketing use
• Carry out market research to support campaigns and business growth
• Work alongside the Marketing Manager on campaigns and daily activity

Requirements

• A marketing graduate or equivalent qualification
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Confident writing clear, engaging content
• Someone who shows initiative and enjoys problem-solving
• Good research skills with the ability to turn insight into action

Preferred

• 1–2 years’ marketing experience
• Experience with Adobe (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or tech sectors
• Knowledge of recruitment marketing or lead generation
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar tools
• Experience running email or social campaigns
