Job Summary

Own sponsor driven event marketing with end to end audience strategy for global political risk events, coordinating multi channel campaigns, sponsor relationships, and post event insights for senior leaders.

  • Event Marketing Ownership: translate sponsor objectives into tailored strategies across digital, email, partnerships, and media to reach high level audiences.
  • Sponsor Partnerships: manage day to day sponsor relationships from kickoff to post event reporting with regular check ins and strategic alignment.
  • Audience Growth & Campaign Execution: lead audience outreach and campaigns to attract senior public sector leaders, multilateral institutions, and C level executives.

Job Description

  • Contribute to and execute the overarching marketing strategy for Eurasia Group's global events portfolio, ensuring alignment with firm-wide commercial and engagement priorities
  • Manage day-to-day marketing activities for multiple events simultaneously, including campaign setup, audience outreach, and performance tracking
  • Develop integrated campaign strategies across digital, email, partnerships, and media channels to maximize reach and impact
  • Support and collaborate with Events Managers and Associates across marketing, audience outreach, engagement, and analytics functions
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including commercial, research, and GZERO Media, to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment
  • This section reflects a substantial portion of the Manager's day-to-day responsibilities. The Manager will spend significant time working directly with event sponsors, acting as their primary marketing partner throughout each engagement.
  • Serve as the primary marketing and audience strategy contact for sponsoring clients, managing the relationship from kick-off through post-event reporting
  • Conduct regular check-ins and working sessions with sponsors to align on goals, review progress, address feedback, and adjust strategy as needed
  • Translate sponsor objectives into clear, tailored event marketing strategies, including target audience profiles, messaging frameworks, and distribution plans
  • Present campaign strategies, audience insights, and performance updates to sponsor contacts, with clarity and credibility appropriate to each stakeholder level
  • 4–7 years of experience in event marketing, audience development, client advisory, or strategic communications, ideally within a global, policy, or advisory environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing client or sponsor relationships directly, including day-to-day communication, progress updates, and delivering client-facing materials
  • Comfortable operating in both strategic and operational modes — able to develop a marketing plan and then roll up your sleeves to execute it
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting presentations, reports, and marketing content for diverse audiences
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to track performance, identify trends, and make recommendations
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events and workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience collaborating across teams including commercial, communications, and design
  • Experience managing complex, high-profile events or convenings
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
