Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To provide a high level of Event and Marketing administration support to the Student Success team for a wide portfolio of careers events, awards and competitions.

  • Events and campaigns are delivered successfully
  • Support the delivery of student events, awards, and competitions.
  • Help organise logistics and campaign materials for ambassador programmes and student-facing activations.
  • Liaise with students, universities, societies, and professional organisations to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign assets, schedules and deliverables are managed effectively.
  • Systems and processes are accurate and maintained
  • Maintain campaign trackers, timelines and documentation to support smooth delivery and reporting.
  • Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • Someone with a confident and professional manner with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work on several projects at once and be able to prioritise.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative, supportive and positive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to pick up new systems and skills with ease.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using tools like Excel and presentation software.

Preferred

  • Experience in events, marketing, or student engagement (preferred but not essential)
  • Prior involvement in University Societies, part-time jobs, or volunteer roles is a bonus
