Responsibilities

• Driving event registrations, attendance and audience growth
• Developing and securing sponsorship opportunities
• Building relationships with exhibitors, suppliers and industry partners
• Identifying new partnerships to expand reach and brand visibility
• Collaborating with the marketing team to deliver effective campaigns
• Contributing to revenue growth and overall event profitability

Requirements

• Proven experience within event marketing, exhibitions, conferences or trade shows
• Strong track record in sponsorship sales or partnership development
• Commercially aware, with a clear understanding of event-led lead generation
• Confident relationship builder with strong networking capability
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, ambitious, and comfortable taking ownership

Preferred

• Experience within construction, trades, property, or the wider UK business sector is highly advantageous, particularly exposure to events such as UK Construction Week, The Business Show, InstallerSHOW or similar.
