Junior Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Representing client brands directly at regional promotional stands, retail pop-ups, and business venues.
• Presenting product features clearly to prospective customers to generate immediate sales and leads.
• Assisting with campaign preparation, including assembling display materials and promotional stock.
• Gathering direct customer feedback during promotions to help refine our sales pitch and approach.
• Tracking daily sales numbers and logging new customer sign-ups accurately for campaign reports.

Requirements

• Previous experience is a plus, but not essential as full training is provided.
• We warmly welcome backgrounds in retail sales, hospitality, promotions, or customer service.
• Outgo­ing, approachable personality with natural confidence when speaking to new people.
• Clear spoken English and a persuasive, polite conversational style.
• Strong personal motivation, punctuality, and a target-driven work ethic.
• Full availability to begin work within 2 weeks of interview.
