Job Summary

Responsibilities

Supporting the planning, execution and optimisation of retail media campaigns across digital (website, email, app), paid media and in-store channels
Managing campaign set-up, including uploading placements (on-site banners, search ads, category sponsorships and off-site activity) and ensuring all assets are delivered on time
Working closely with internal teams, brand partners and the partnerships team across multiple categories and fascia
Assisting in the creation of compelling marketing proposals, presentations and maintaining up-to-date media kits
Monitoring campaign performance using tools such as Meta Ads and internal dashboards, producing clear insights and reports for stakeholders
Supporting revenue growth by tracking campaign budgets, timelines and helping maximise media inventory opportunities
Providing general support to the Trade Marketing Manager and wider marketing team, including attending trade shows, events and partner meetings

Requirements

Has 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, sales or partnerships, or a relevant degree
Demonstrates a solid understanding of key media KPIs such as ROAS, CTR and impressions
Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
Communicates confidently with internal teams and external partners
Takes initiative, shows a proactive mindset and is eager to learn and develop
Has a genuine interest in the outdoor industry and a passion for getting outside
