Job Summary

You will own the planning, execution, and ongoing oversight of in-store experiences to ensure brand identity and display standards across UK markets, while coordinating with design, production, and shopper marketing workstreams.

  • Own in-store display planning and execution, audits and compliance.
  • Coordinate with production vendors and interior design teams; monitor competitor activity and store conditions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support local implementation, development and supervision of global store identity consistency
  • Planning Retail/ Shopper Marketing and supporting interior and design
  • Planning key in-store displays and oversee production, installation, and store audits to ensure quality and compliance with brand standards.
  • Managing production vendors & production / construction
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor store conditions, retail displays, and implementation standards on a monthly and annual basis
  • Monitoring competitors’ display and reporting to LG Electronics and HSAD Korean HQ
  • Conducts site visits as needed, construction and operational teams and shopper research
  • Home Appliance Marketing support for LG Electronics UK

Requirements

  • Experience of advertising agency Retail / Shopper Marketing / Design
  • Experience of planning retail Shop interior and exhibition (event)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic understanding of CAD drafting and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or other creative software would be an advantage
  • Project management experience
  • Strong written and verbal skills in Korean / English
  • At least 3 years of experience, preferably at retail or ad agency (3 -5 years)

Preferred

  • Bachelor degree in industrial design / interior / architecture is plus
  • Basic understanding of CAD drafting and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or other creative software would be an advantage
