GTR Marketing Services Manager (London, Madrid or Singapore)

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a best-in-class in-house Marketing Services Agency that supports brand, commercial and retail teams across GTR.
• Define and implement the vision, operating model, governance, service standards and capability roadmap for the function.
• Accelerate content creation through AI-powered workflows, enabling faster turnaround of retail graphics, POS materials, digital assets, social and short-form video content.
• Enhance productivity and scalability while maintaining high creative standards and brand consistency.
• Build future capability by embedding AI expertise within the creative function and driving adoption of emerging technologies.
• Lead end-to-end project and workflow management, overseeing intake, prioritization, resourcing, budgets, timelines and delivery across the creative pipeline.
• Implement and optimize project management systems, governance and stakeholder communication to ensure visibility, accountability, risk management and seamless project execution.
• Drive operational excellence through process automation, continuous improvement, and the development of scalable asset libraries, production templates and technical standards.
• Lead development of compelling retail experience creative that drive conversion, engagement and brand equity.
• Advise brand teams on visibility solutions, retail theatre and shopper experience design.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in creative services, agency leadership, content production, retail design or integrated marketing.
• Proven experience leading creative teams and managing people.
• Demonstrated expertise implementing AI-powered content creation workflows.
• Strong project management and operational leadership experience.
• Expertise in creative production, asset adaptation and content scaling.
• Experience building or transforming an in-house creative agency.
• Experience in Global Travel Retail, FMCG, luxury, premium spirits, beauty or consumer goods.
• Advanced knowledge of AI, automation and emerging marketing technologies.
